Maggie Ma's will be appearing in the role of Crew Member in Battlestar Galactica's prequel Caprica starring Eric Stoltz (Pulp Fiction) due to air in February 2010.

Other credits include Asian Girl in Supernatural: Afterschool Special starring Jared Padeleki (Friday the 13th) and Jensen Ackles (My Bloody Valentine 3D),  Li Ming in the TV movie The Hunters , Young Mei in They Wait starring Jaime King (Sin City),  Danielle in The Invisible starring Justin Chatwin (War of the Worlds), and Perry in Final Destination 3.


Curse of the Jade Falcon, written by up-and-comer writer and producer Ian Tang, was the winner of the 2008 VAFF (Vancouver Asian Film Festival) short film contest where Maggie played the leading lady Chun Li. She had starred alongside David Lewis (The Guard, Smallville).


Maggie began her film acting career in 2001 while studying music at Capilano College.  An avid musical theatre performer, she was juggling auditions between live theatre and film while studying. Upon finishing her 2 year transfer diploma, she decided to not continue her studies in music and went on to acting full time instead.
